• Micro Enterprises Portfolio
• Manage a team of Relationship Officers that manage a portfolio of clients who have existing credit relationship with KFH.
• Review Credit Applications before getting authority approvals, Credit Risk, and Credit Committee
• Monitor the team, and unite KPI to achieve targets.
• Business Continuity Management
• Build different strategic plans to operate the bank under crises circumstances.
• Make sure all stockholder execute Business Continuity plans in crises circumstances.
• Coordinate with related department as part of Business Continuity and crises management team to make sure that the bank can operate with minimum casualties.
• Report to Chiefs plans results and alternatives if needed to avoid any damages in crises circumstances.
• Kuwait National Fund
• Developing strategy for KNF unite, and responsible for leading a team of Relationship Officers in executing.
• Explore and develop new or existing credit products that drives to increase market share in the SME sector.
• Review officers credit report and assessment of applicant’s business plan before submitting to the authorized Credit Committee.

• Designed employee performance indicators (KPI’s) to positively correlate with the overall strategy.
• Monitor the team, and unite KPI to achieve targets.

• Management of KNF account through providing all banking services needed such as fund transfer, deposit rates, opening / closing accounts, and online banking.
• Building up the frame work, operational transaction, contractual agreement, work flow, marketing campaign plan, policies and procedures, Sharia approvals, and IT requirements for KFH project related to Kuwait National Found for SME Development (KNF) joint business project.

1. Handling a portfolio of clients in the SME department.

2. Job responsibility to grow the portfolio and attracts new clients. In the process, it’s the officer responsibility to analyse the potential client personal net worth status, financial status of the company, client banking history and the financial needs to bridge finance or recommend to grant the client a facility.

3. Provide a recommendation whether to finance/grant facilities to the client.

4. Setting up meetings with the clients, understanding there financial requirements to advise the client on what products would fit his financial need (Tawarooq, Murabaha, Istesnaa, or Ijara).

5. Representing the client in front of the Bank’s credit committee (Board Committee if needed).

6. Tracking client’s expiry limits, renewals, and payment past dues.

7. Work with the Risk Department to analyse the potential client from a risk point of view, Credit Operation Department to activate or cancel client limits.

Project Engagement

1. Joint the Co-op Marketing (factoring / discounting) team in restructuring, and amending the factoring product policy and procedures.

2. Assisting Executive Management in building up the frame work, operational transaction, contractual agreement, work flow, marketing campaign plan, policies and procedures of KFH and Kuwait National Found of SME Development (KNF) joint business project .

1. Engaged in a valuation project for a construction company, and was responsible for gathering the market data for the construction & infrastructure industry and choosing the appropriate and fair comparable for the company valuation, and concluding with its reflection on the valuation model.

2. Worked as a member of the team for a valuation project for a leading company within the food industry in the MENA region.

3. Conducted a market research report for the real estate industry in the MENA region for a company that wanted to raise capital through rights issued to its shareholders.

4. Collaborated with the Audit team in providing audit services by performing two impairment tests for the audit purposes, for both a leading Investment company and a leading petrochemical company in Kuwait.

5. Worked with the Tax Audit team to audit an international Oil & Gas company, and Construction Companies, and represented the client’s side in the inspection meeting with the Department of Inspection & Tax in Kuwait’s Ministry of Finance.

6. Performed the Zakat & NLST (Tax) calculation, and reported the declaration to Kuwait’s Ministry of Finance, and represented the client in the inspection of the tax declaration.

1. Managed the daily and monthly branches’ closing, through reconciliation and investigating any discrepancies between the journals and the Oracle system.

2. Responsible for the authorization of the distributors’ stock orders (Prepayment Vouchers, Simcards, Yomi), bookkeeping of the balances available to distributers, and monthly closing journals for the distributers’ accounts.

3. Joined the One Network team in the One Network project when it initiated, and was responsible for providing an updated report for all the variations and changes that were shown in the One Network system due to the usage of customers.
