The project Residential Studio successfully completed and handed over to client. I was actively involved in the successful delivery of the assignment from inception to completion.

• Led the quantity surveying efforts for the Security Forces Medical Center projects in Riyadh and Jeddah, managing contracts valued at 3.3 Billion USD each.
• Oversaw the financial management and cost control for a vast medical city covering 3.78 million sq. m of land and 2 million sq. m of built-up area.
• Implemented modified POMI standards across 16 divisions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in project execution.
• Coordinated the construction of diverse facilities, including a 1285-bed medical building, residential villas, apartments, mosques, and essential infrastructure.
• Enhanced project delivery through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, contributing to timely project completion.
