1. Preparation of BOQ in pre-contract design stage with the reference to project MOM, specification, Design drawings, and other Technical documents.
2. Review the variation claims, technical queries (Specification and Basis of Design) which is submitted by subcontractor.
3. Preparation & Submission of monthly / interim invoices as per contract to the Client / Consultant.
4. Evaluate sub-contractor invoices prior to submission to client for final approval.
5. Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements.
6. Review & confirm the subcontractor BOQ prior to finalize the contract.
