From Scratch to Scaled Success, I have established Unifonic's entire Talent Acquisition function - team, tools, systems - fueling more than 400% headcount growth, architected Unifonic's Talent Acquisition strategy, implementing best-in-class tools and processes to attract and select top talent across 4 new hubs, and empowered hiring managers at Unifonic with comprehensive training on the recruitment process and tools, driving consistent quality and a seamless candidate experience. - Leading a global team of 10+ remotely including IT technical recruiters, non-technical recruiters and coordinators.
- Developing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies that attract top talents and ensure the quality of the candidate experience.
- Implementing effective sourcing methods to include passive sourcing and networking.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment selection and hiring process: developing job postings, conducting screening, evaluation, and assessment to ensure skill and culture fit of candidates.
- Managing onboarding programs, ensuring that the company processes, resources, and orientation sets new hires up for success.
- Responsible for additional staffing requirements such as agency staffing, interns, contractors, and consultants.
- Building and maintaining a global company reputation in addition to leading the employer branding activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Acting as an internal consultant, helping managers to assess staff development needs and assist managers in identifying relevant resources and offerings to support individual and department training needs.
- Coordinating and assisting in the delivery of organization-wide professional development and training offerings.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives such as annual employee engagement surveys, employee recognition programs, and performance management.

Maintain the project hiring monitor and submit weekly status report.
In Bravo, I have worked on various types of roles in different departments (e.g. Internal Audit Director, Network O&M Director, Business Intelligence Section Manager/Development & Automation Section Manager - IT, Product Development Manager - Marketing, Telecommunication Engineer, Sales Planning & Performance Specialist, Corporate PMO Manager and more others in Marketing, Sales and Business Operations departments).
