Project: - Studying worker's compensation claims (workplace injuries) made within the University of Miami, with the goal of understanding where they are coming from, why they are occurring, and how they can best deploy resources to minimize them. - Analyzed Royal Caribbean Cruises data related to their seafarer (employees) violations where a trend was identified between the number of violations and positions of those of those violating the regulation the most. Regression analysis was conducted to show the relationship between violations and positions - Reduce patient cycle time from check-in to check-out at the Oncology service Line in Lennar Foundation Medical Center by flowcharting the service line, identifying the critical metrics, collecting rational critical metric data, collecting “Voice of the Stakeholder” data, performing data analysis on the critical metrics, collecting ‘best practices”, and putting it all together in the form of recommendations on how to improve the service line’s critical outputs.
