• Develop funding instrument for grantees and vendors, and create tailored grants and procurement manual that will be document all of Global Communities grants management procedures and regulation, while still being helpful to grantees and vendors in manoeuvring the process.
• Support in managing the grant/procurement application, review and approval, Implementation, and close out processes.
• Review all grant/procurement activities for compliance with program policies and USAID regulations.
• Ensure all documentation is appropriately recorded within grants management system.
• Report to the Innovation fund manager on overall grant implementation to ensure proposal and budget feasibility, grant activity schedule viability, and that equipment and material procurement and delivery are transparent and following the grants manual.
• Support in monitoring grants activities during their implementation to ensure on-time and high quality delivery of goods and services; provide continues assessment of grantee performance against project objectives.
• Provide technical support and monitoring to grantees unaccustomed with the complexity and restrictions of USAID funding in an effort to build the capacity of grantees to effectively manage their grants; interface with grantees and vendors to ensure grantee understanding and compliance with all global communities and USAID rules and regulation.
• Management of project in line with the project management cycle; planning implementation and monitoring to achieve the desired results for delivery of primary and secondary level of care in hard to reach areas in south Syria.
• Strategic planning for achieving desired results and outcome through health program in the region. The focus was comprehensive medical care- maternal and child health includes management of gender-based violence victims
• Conducting need assessment for the target population and facility assessment for the delivery of health and medical services that include maternal and child services
• Provides technical support to the project planning to ensure implementation of the health programs and to meet the performance goals to achieve desired results.
• Coordination with key stakeholders including but not limited to officials from the Ministry of Health, WHO/UNICEF/OCHA, and other I/NGOs to provide adequate healthcare services to the most vulnerable people.
• Provides leadership and direction to the team/s and manages work distribution across the team and assists members to balance competing priorities, monitors work progress, provides regular feedback and necessary coaching.

I have worked in zataree camp Jordan for tow yearse as medical coordinator and nurse, where my main tasks were Participating in the camp coordination meetings relevant health operation, including health coordination meeting, reproductive health coordination meeting and discuss and communicate outcomes with the health program staff, also Supporting clinic manager to coordinate with other field partners on complementing services and strengthening of PHC referral system including referrals for RH, secondary and tertiary health care.

Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved my responsibility as a nurse working with a variety of patients and refugees, from pediatric to geriatric, or specializing in one of numerous possible areas such as cardiac care, neurological care or dermatology and consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals and establishing treatment plans, operating medical equipment and medical emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, injury and burns and recovering post-operative patients.
