-Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, matching them to the most appropriate car and suggesting trade-ins. -Maintaining solid knowledge of products, features, promotions and comparing/contrasting competitive models. -Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features. -Negotiating and closing deals by overcoming objections; completing purchase contracts; explaining provisions and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting payment; ensuring vehicle delivery. -Maintaining customer database and sustaining excellent clients relationships. -Continuously reporting walk-in and sales activities. -Achieving monthly/quarterly sales target. -Staying up to date with regards to product knowledge, industry trends and competition.
-Get the right products into customers' hands. -Process and replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
-Assist in completing price changes within the department.
-Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
Compute sales prices, total purchases, receive and process payments.
-Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts. Know how to
prevent or handle these situations.
-Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
-Update the inventory stock.
-Provide the perfect service experience for every guest by answering questions in a positive suggestive approach. -Adhere to timing standards for products and services. -Supervise all waiters' performance and ensure they are reporting to premises on time and in proper uniform.
