Hessah District High-Rise Towers: Fronted the oversight of the first high-rise residential towers in the dynamic Hessah
district overlooking Kuwaits Gulf
• Coordinating to ensure proper workflow between subcontractors, technical and site teams
• Supervised project quality assurance, intricate casting work and waterproofing activities to guarantee precision and
precise adherence to project specifications
• Proactively addressed on-site technical challenges throughout the project that compromised of 2 towers (43 floors
each), inclusive technical floors and 3 basement levels ensuring minimal disruptions
• Ensured timely delivery of work in-hand under stringent deadlines, consistently meeting project milestones
• Directed public areas development and implementation
• Engaged with clients and consultants to facilitate the successful handover of the project

• Lead the construction of two villas, overseeing all phases of the project from planning to completion of concrete work
• Applied advanced techniques that included leveling and shoring
• Oversaw and verified architectural, structural, HVAC, and MEP processes

• Monitored main projects (Wash, Shelter, Protection) and ensured compliance with project agreements.
• Ensured that activities reflect the needs of specific groups and individuals: elderly, children, people with disabilities
