• Administering routine financial functions - handling monthly reconciliations & clearance of issues including clients, suppliers, banks and intercompany accounts review, maintaining judicious policies identify cost saving opportunities and establish transparent and accurate overheads KPIs reporting framework.
• Preparing commentaries/executive summary; maintaining filling of documents for the department employees for reference, performing internal controls evaluations for purchasing, maintenance and servicing for all equipment and supplies and directly reporting to the Managing Director for major financial and administrative matters.
• Liaising broadly with bankers, auditors, & legal/regulatory bodies & working in collaboration with other departments while ensuring conformance to international accounting standards.
• Conducting budget vs. actual, revenue vs. expenditure analysis, in addition to monitoring budget for contracts establishing trends, identifying deviations & recommending various cost saving initiatives.
• Leading initiatives like arrangement of banking facilities like Bank Guarantees, Project Finance, including Mortgage finance facility for the company, mediating with Government departments including RTA, Dubai Municipality, TECOM Investments FZ LLC for issues related to Licensing, Registration, attestation, Visa Matters etc., to ensure smooth accomplishment of business functions.
• Interacted with Lawyer for reviewing legal documents including Power of Attorney, Board Resolutions, Purchase Contracts with individual buyer in addition to company incorporation and other related matters.
• Enforcing strict measures for internal authorization, verification and administration of all personnel information, including leave requests, travel, holidays, sick leave, appraisals, salary details, contracts and all other similar legal documentation in line with local labour law.
• Analysing age-wise accounts payable and accounts receivables report & developing a meticulous follow-up to receive timely payments, evaluating due invoices & facilitating timely payments for all liabilities while balancing liquidity.

• Managed the accounting function, including accounting operations, entering data into computers, and completed computer related tasks speedily than the peers due to high typing speed.
• Recognized by the regional supervisor as the ‘Best employee’, two times consecutively.
• Received promotion within a short span of 6 months, crafted an upward growth curve from the position of logistic Assistant to Accounts and Monitoring Officer, due to exceptional performance.

• Provided strategic inputs in streamlining the record management systems; maintained an updated record of the commodities received from the main station
