• Responsible for the career and high studies path of the graduate students: the university admission, standardized tests, and scholarship and sponsorship contracts for the graduates.
• Responsible for the internship training of the students, the work placement, the community service program.
• Responsible for coordinating all the events and activities held in the campus.
• Providing high students with all the academic advising and counseling services and helping them in their prospective plans for the upcoming years in universities and colleges
• Preparing these students for SAT, TOEFL and other assessment tests
• Working on the Curriculum Development
• Assigned informally to assist the boys’ school principal in all administrative issues related to school (timetables, duty rosters, behavior development plans, etc)
• Following up all the related issues concerning grade 11 and 12 (optional subjects, Registration for SAT, TOEFL, Scholarships)
• Supervising the Book Order for the upcoming years to assure being related to the subject guides of the IB program
• Responsible with international testing specialists for designing, preparing and translating the examinations of the general policing department.
• Responsible for preparing all the issues related to examinations such as conducting Literacy test for upcoming cadets, issuing results reports and supervising examinations with instructors
• Providing verbal interpretation or written translation services from Arabic into English, and vice-versa..
• Establishing and maintain a management information system, including physical and electronic, files.
• Documenting monitor and files office minutes, requisition and all requests/ correspondence to various departments.
• Working as a part of the JUMP KIT Cadet Enrollment Team to complete the Police Service Cadet Enrollment Process by utilizing Cross Match Technologies equipment and software, developed to meet the data recording requirements established by FBI (Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System \[IAFIS\] Image Quality Specifications \[IQS\]). Capturing data in both Arabic and English.
• Teaching English Language for second-language learners
