Presently at PGH my job is to Plan the project plan, ensure all projects are on right track, timely delivered and below the budget. Owns the change management, issue resolution and risk management process. While meeting the

business requirements aligned with group Vision. Responsible for status reporting to project steering committee.

Main responsibilities are as follows in the Project Execution:

1. Working on a full life- cycle implementations of Dynamics AX solutions.
2. Define Scope of Work, Plan and estimation for Project.
3. Functional and technical requirements gathering and documentation (FRD).
4. Business Process remodeling if required.
5. Fit-Gap analysis and Solution Design Document (SDD).
6. Conduct UAT, Post-live training and support.
