Estimation & Calculation of Quantities for Underground Utilities Such as Storm Water Drainage, Irrigation, Electrical & Telecom Work.
Verify measurements of work submitted by the site engineers for the works executed at site by the Sub-Contractors.
Generating periodic Running Account Bills on the Client and dues out to the Sub-Contractors.
Reconcile secured material advances and recoveries before releasing any bills for payment.
Monitoring progress of the work for timely execution of the project through weekly & monthly
Reports with comparison to the overall Project.
Estimation & Calculation of Tentative (Without Software) and Accurate (Using Software) Quantity of Various Items like DL, GSB, WMM, DBM, BM, BC, DLC, PQC and Concrete & Sand etc.
Estimation & Calculation of Quantities of All Structures Such as Minor/Major Bridge, Flyover, PUP/VUP, ROB and Culverts etc.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule of all Major and Minor Structure.
Cost Calculation of all required items from time to time.
Preparation and reconciliation of theoretical consumption of materials with actual consumption in consultation with stores in-charge and site engineers.
Reconciliation of Major Material.
Verified Physical Stock Balance of Aggregate, Steel, Cement, HSD & other related Items in every Quarterly Period.
Any other task, as assigned to me by superiors from time to time.
