Role: HR/Admin
Reporting to: Sr. Admin Managers / HR manager
Responsibilities:
 Talent management; Performance monitoring and corrective training sessions. Organizing team meets and one on one / ‘How are you’ sessions.
 Maintain the probation review process across the company including sending reminders, interacting with the employee on his/her performance and discussing the areas they need attention; organizing need based training, follow up and issuing confirmation letters.
 Assist in rolling out training activities i.e. schedule of training, resourcing venues of trainings, assist in production of training materials etc.
 Research courses required by employees i.e. Functional Classes, UAE Labour Law Training, Health and Safety Training etc.
 Employee Engagement via ‘Workplace by Facebook’. Setup, monitor, engage. Updating the newsfeed with circulars, event announcements, etc.
 Coordinate with the Learning & Development teams and Line Managers to identify capability and competency requirements of high potential candidates, and identify and recommend Training and Development requirements to bridge these gaps.
 Perform joining orientations, onboarding as well as releasing formalities and exit interviews.
 Employee relations; Facilitating effective communications with workforce.
 Handling grievances and informing about norms and practices to the employees.
 Leave management and settlement processing.
 Maintaining employee data in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Gallant and Oracle’s Cyrus.

 Monitoring and controlling absenteeism.
 Advice and counsel staff in respect of rights, responsibilities, code of conduct and difficulties associated with work and entitlements.
 Reviewing and updating company bylaws according to changes in Qatar labour law.
