Areas of Responsibility

 Monthly Closing of Sales Books
 Monthly Consolidate Profit Closing
 Preparing and posting Accruals
 Bank & Cash Reconciliations
 Reconciling General Ledger with Sub-Ledgers
 Staff Receivables
 Closing Staff Payroll
 Employees Vacation / End of Service verification and payments
Have Experience of Kerridge Autoline ERP System and have comprehensively used following Modules
• Vehicle Administration Module (Sales Operations)
• Sales & Purchase Ledger (AR & AP)
• General / Nominal Ledger (GL)
• Payroll & Personnel Administration
• Asset Register
Have Experience of “MENATEC” complete Payroll and Personnel ERP System” adopted and implemented by UMA in 2012

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Company payables, Staff receivables, Petty cash, Bank and Bank reconciliations.
• Analyze Sales invoicing of vehicles, parts and service to ensure all invoices have been closed accurately and suggest corrections to the concerned staff, where required.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and submit it to National Accounting Manager
• Lead, Coach and Co-ordinate with HR teams to close payroll.
• Ensure Employee End of Service & Vacation Salaries is in line with Company Policy & Labor Law and verify for payments.
• Verify and Control payments of Incentives/Overtime & Other Arrears within the payroll or out of payroll.
• Supervising Used Cars Stock postings in System
• Prepared and design setup for New & Used Cars Sales Incentives according to the company policy.
• Supporting External Audits in conducting Audit for Sales, COS, Inventory, Employees Payroll, End of Service, Vacations and Air Ticket Accruals.
• Prepare ad-hoc MIS reports.
