- Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with business managers to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- HR Specialist
•Manage the administrative activities related to personnel leaves, vacations, introduction letters and attendance according to the policies and procedures of CCC.
•Ensuring that personnel related transactions have all the required approval levels and are according to the approved policies and procedures.
•Managing the medical insurance transactions such as introducing new employees, renewal, employee claims…etc.
•Manage the activities of work related to termination, recruitment and/ or new recruits such as passports, health insurance, salary and filing them in coordination with concerned employees.
•Responsible for identifying manpower requirements of all functions across the region by shortlisting, conducting interviews and selection of successful candidates.
•Conduct Induction programs for new recruits.
•Maintain & solve people’s issues.
•Represent HR in all company’s activities.
•Prepare all kind of HR reports that are required by HR HO or Corporate HR.
