Worked on Different lines namely Manufacturers are OSHIKIRI, RONDO, FRITSCH, SOTTORIVA, DAUB, KAAK, BLENTECH, LUTETIA, JBT, UNITECH, REIMELT & DEXNER silo systems, BAKTECH, AMF, LAPPAS, OZOKOSLU etc.,
Knowledge on TPM, GMP, and Responsible for LOTO, Access control. Safety induction trainings, GMP, HACCP, EMS, TQM to employees, contract employees.
Directed activities of 12 technicians, Electrical Technician Welder, mechanical Technician, Hvac Technician Plumber and storeroom personnel engaged in supporting manufacturing operation. I also coordinated planning functions, including work orders, support materials, drawings, directions, bill of materials, safety requirements, vendor materials, crafts needed and time allotment for task execution.
Facilitated preventive and breakdown maintenance on production and support equipment to reduce Downtime and increase throughput.
Worked at High care and low care Area’s in food production line.
Maintained facilities Preventive Maintenance database, which included scheduling, environmental and routine maintenance throughout the plant.
Provides planning, direction, and coordination for all engineering and maintenance activities to achieve optimal use of equipment, Team Members and materials to include the maintenance of buildings, grounds and electrical.

In the part of HVAC, we have Ammonia unit, Freezers, chillers, Cold rooms, AHU, and cooling units, we are plan according to Schedule Maintenance like oil changing of the compressor and solving Refrigeration breakdowns as of Electrical and Mechanical issues also. The different capacity of the compressor.
