• Tender and new offering support (sizing and plan with the technical team support)
• Planning and Defining Scope
• Activity Planning and Sequencing and developing schedule
• Resource planning (hiring internally/externally if required)
• Budgeting (costing, payments, invoicing, …)
• Procurement (vendor handling, reviewing/making agreements where necessary)
• Proper Communication with all project concerned parties (Team, Customer, and Vendor)
• Stakeholders’ Management
• Risk analysis and Managing Risks and issues
• Monitoring and reporting progress
• Quality Assurance and Control
• Project Closure (with Customer, Vendor and internally)
