I was working as a personal assistant reporting to deputy CEO in management department.
-Arrange daily calendar meetings for my manager
-Arrange daily and weekly meetings with the department managers
-Organize farewell parties for retired staff and managers
-Prepare my manager’s travel file with the travel staff agent
-Answer daily calls and arrange meetings if needed
-Write letters to Ministries, banks, etc
I finished high school with high school diploma from Sanabil Private School. I finished my diploma from AMA international university and now will start by September completing my studies for Bs. In the evening time 6pm only 3 days a week.
