Being in the Telecom Industry for over 20 years now, I have had the opportunity of
working with people of different nationalities, Pakistani, Saudi and Afghani Telecom
Engineers.

DEPLOYMENT
• Project planning, Survey and BOQ management
• Vendor Management
• Project implementation and completion through Vendors
• Project acceptance and handover
• Project expense booking
OPERATIONS:
• Ensuring end to end operational performance as per agreed KPIS and SLAs
• Non-Telco / Facility management (AC/DC power, Genset Maintenance, Air Conditioning, Fire
Systems and Civil Issues).
