• To liaise with departments for up-to-date web content as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and keep log of updates and bugs fixing on website.

• To prepare web analytics reports using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and include recommendations into a continual improvement process

• To ensure that company web server is secure and website is accessible across platforms / browsers and manage web hosting operations

• To develop and maintain corporate and locally initiated web projects
• To design creative website interface, user-friendly layout for improved customer journeys
