Worked as Accounts Manager heading accounts and finance functions for 2 companies i.e. Multipower International Middle East FZC \[registered Sharjah\] and Aflaj Al Khaleej Trading & Contracting Co LLC \[registered Oman\], with additional responsibilities of administration and HR and reporting to Managing Director.
Work Done and Key Job Responsibilities include:
 Defined and improved workflow by designing work instructions, policies and procedures for operations and accounts;
 Playing key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP by designing chart of accounts, refining reporting requirements and migration of data from QuickBooks to GP;
 Introduced attendance management system and integrated it with payroll system;

 To carry out account payables weekly check, to ensure compliance with contractual/job payment terms and review/prepare online payments choosing right payment type, proper currency and account;
 To review payroll, employees’ advances, deductions and payments to employees (in different currencies);
 To carry out accounting and audit checks before closing job/contract file and report it to management;
 To guide, direct and supervise staff to get the work done in efficient manner;
 To liaison with auditors, foreign offices, customers & suppliers.
 To carry out general administration e.g. workers accommodation, Booking of flights and hotels, vehicles management, office administration etc.
 To arrange interview for new job hirings, coordinating between new employees and PRO and training of new employees regarding Ms Outlook, Ms Dynamics CRM and Ms Sharepoint.
