Manage the performance and development of the showrooms staff to ensure the needs of the business are met,
provide a first class customer experience to clients.
Follow up on all sales leads and keeping the showroom area tidy and free from any potential hazards to both

Manage the company’s research related to market needs (B2B and B2C), gap analysis, price analysis and
exploration of new ideas.

Meet stakeholders i.e. municipalities, business owners, nature reserves, etc. for qualitative interviews.
Collect data through surveys and desk research.
