Manage the performance and development of the showrooms staff to ensure the needs of the business are met,
provide a first class customer experience to clients.
Follow up on all sales leads and keeping the showroom area tidy and free from any potential hazards to both
customers and employees.
Manage the company’s research related to market needs (B2B and B2C), gap analysis, price analysis and
exploration of new ideas.
Day to day operations including planning,
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Conduct market analysis and update database.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
A project funded by the EU to increase sound and harmonious tourism in Lebanon, Spain, Italy, and Tunisia.
Meet stakeholders i.e. municipalities, business owners, nature reserves, etc. for qualitative interviews.
Collect data through surveys and desk research.
Participate in strategic planning workshops.
Present educational programs to students to spread awareness.
