The GCC based Manlift Group is part of a major European rentals company specializing in the rental & sale of Powered Access Machines (MEWPS) & Temporary Power Generators. Branches in UAE, Qatar and India.
• Managing manpower planning/talent acquisition to ensure that there is a pipeline of candidates to meet the organisation's expansion plans within GCC, Including international recruiting campaigns
• Implementing employee reward and recognition programs to facilitate the development of high performance culture (including employee of the WOW/employee of the month awards);
• Development of staffing infrastructure through job evaluation, role grading, benefits analysis.
• Project Team for Performance Management - part of International team for configuring, testing, regional training and roll out.
• Redeveloped and implemented strategies for HR toolkits. These include policies, procedures, on boarding, benchmarking, discipline, contracts, training and development in line with group organisational values and governing laws of host country (UAE, Qatar & India)
• Conducting HR audits and risk analysis on newly acquired businesses to ensure legal compliance with UAE labour law, regulations and licensing requirements.
