•Handling and resolving customers’ complaints for skin care .
•Developed and prepared sales team to meet and exceed defined sales, service and operating objectives
•Implemented retail initiatives and service processes that ensured customers perceived vision of Etisalat as being the wireless provider of choice.
•Ensured that customers and prospective customers were treated with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism resulting in a positive perception of business.

•Responsible for answering customers' inquiries, and building up customer loyalty to maintain customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
•Assisting the customers for any billing queries & issues, regarding the monthly bill
•Helping customers to gain customer satisfaction
