➢ Handling reservations for both contracted, non contracted-individual requests-complains & special requests.
➢ Handling the groups offers and arranging the seasonal promotions with the revenue manager.
➢ Telesales & up selling for the hotel allocation.
➢ Arranging daily, weekly, monthly reports that shows the total Occupancy, Average room rate and Revenue of the hotel units.
➢ Arranging the annual team appraisal and monthly attendance.
➢ Reservation team has attained the highest revenue since the opening of the property in Sep. 2010.

Duties:
➢ Dealing with RCI ( Resort condominium International) Worldwide Exchanging Timeshare Weeks Co., for depositing the customer's weeks for further use in over 4000 resorts affiliated with them.
➢ Dealing with the Hilton Reservation Customer Care (HRCC) at Glasgow and Cairo office, sorting the HHonor system for al the owners.
➢ Handling Redemption booking with HHonor points system in over 2800 Hilton Hotels and Resorts around the world.

➢ Preparing weekly reports for the resort inventory of sold & available weeks.
