Monitoring and inspection of all field instrument, checking control valves for any abnormalities.

Field Production Operator at Funtay Group: Crude Evacuation Facility

Commissioning and startup of short term Alternative crude Evacuation facility (STACE).
Provide support to new project and field development planning to ensure safe and optimal operability of the production facility.
Ensure safe and efficient daily operation with strong focus on safety and environmental issues. .
Routine inspection, corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipments, pumps, compressors, separators and line heaters.
Inform the shift supervisor or control operator of any unusual observations like noise, spillage or leakages and make proper adjustment in accordance with instructions from the supervisor.
Ensure proper isolation and shutdown before any maintenance job is carried out.
Monitor and control flow of crude from reservoir to the process plant and to the point of evacuation to ensure it meets customers specification.
Ensured process parameters from DCS and SCADA system are within operational range.

Terminal/Field Operator:Tank Farm and Jetty at Stockgap Fuels Limted

Monitored recording instruments, flow meters, temperature, pressure and other indicators to verify conformity of process conditions especially during cargo receipt and loading operations.
Ensured proper, safe startup and shut down of operation, lining up of valves from tank-farm to the loading gantry.

Ensured operational activities are performed in accordance with established company SOP, HSE codes and recognized industrial standards.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of system, processes and practice for improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

WP/LPG Loading/ Gantry Operator at Shorelink Oil and Gas limited
