Monitoring and inspection of all field instrument, checking control valves for any abnormalities.
Prepare equipment for maintenance and re- commissioning when completed. Collection of samples for Lab analysis and adjust parameters if there is need to do so.
Coordinate with maintenance department, mechanical, electrical and instrument to carryout maintenance jobs in the operation field.

Inform the shift supervisor or control operator of any unusual observations like noise, spillage or leakages and make proper adjustment in accordance with instructions from the supervisor.
Ensure proper isolation and shutdown before any maintenance job is carried out.
Monitor and control flow of crude from reservoir to the process plant and to the point of evacuation to ensure it meets customers specification.
Ensured process parameters from DCS and SCADA system are within operational range.
Monitored recording instruments, flow meters, temperature, pressure and other indicators to verify conformity of process conditions especially during cargo receipt and loading operations.
Ensured proper, safe startup and shut down of operation, lining up of valves from tank-farm to the loading gantry.
Prepare and isolate equipment for maintenance activities and reinstate on completion.
Responsible for preparation of equipment for corrective and preventive maintenance including isolation, draining and other procedures as required.
Purging and de-isolating ensuring all work permits have been cleared before bringing production back online.
Installation of process instrument eg. Pressure transmitters, switches, ESD, relieve valves and level alarms.
Ensured operational activities are performed in accordance with established company SOP, HSE codes and recognized industrial standards.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of system, processes and practice for improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Performed Pre-Loading inspections before loading and unloading or tank to tank transfer operations.
Performed routine record of opening and closing of stock (WP/LPG) from BCU, weighbridge and shore tank ullage before and after operations.
Oversee other loading operators in carrying out the necessary administration task like scanning, batch quantity and quality control documentation and record.
Use of the vapour recovery system during operations to minimize vapor losses and health hazard of vapor inhalation.
Coordinate with maintenance and IT teams for quick response, resolution of system processes, downtime reduction and productivity improvement.
Adhere to the company safety procedures during normal and emergency situations.
