• Responsible for supervising an operations team in managing warehouse operations activities.
• Assist the Operations Manager in managing and coordinating the day to day activities of the warehouse operations.
• Lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals.
• Prepare, maintain and update documentation of processes to meet accounts requirement and changes in customer requirements
• To ensure work processes are in compliance with documented procedures and proper housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
• Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
• Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices and proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse.
• Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities.

• Ensure all valid shipments are taken out for delivery
• Ensure all shipments with mobile telephone numbers are handed over to Customer service for location confirmation
• Ensure that the DRS are prepared as per company standards and that there are no handwritten DRS( Delivery Run sheet)

• Ensure that the couriers leave for the field as per scheduled timings

• Attend and resolve queries/problems of the couriers

• Ensure that the Delivery Run sheet is updates with correct data with time as per the Company Service Standards
• Check the picked up shipment packing based on Ground Operations Policies & Procedures to ensure the shipment is protected from any damage &/or loss.
• Make sure the shipment are routing for correct destination with out Miss routing
• Sending daily reports for operation supervisor and manager.

• AXIS, HDFC, FEDERALBANK.
• Sending sms to the customer for location, up on location delivery the document to customers.
• Local coordination with couriers and the bank.
• Coordinating with Skycom Branches in Oman, Bahrain and Qatar for Undelivered documents and return the document back to the Reprehensive office.
• Every week the correct update should give it to the banks (NCI File.)
