2GW Solar PV IPP Substation (380kV)
• Lead civil engineering execution across a 120, 000 m² solar PV substation site — earthworks, RC structures, cable
trenches, equipment foundations, structural steel erection, and architectural finishes — coordinating 3+
subcontractors simultaneously.
• Interpret and implement structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations on site; issue Red-Mark
Drawings to resolve design-site conflicts before fieldwork, eliminating rework on 15+ discrepancies.
• Prepare and review BOQ quantity take-offs; validate contractor progress claims and interim payment certificates
against measured quantities, ensuring accurate cost control across the full civil scope.
• Manage ITP compliance — achieving 100% inspection pass rate with zero major client NCRs across all civil stages
including earthworks, foundations, RC pours, and structural steel.
• Resolve 40+ RFIs and MARs in coordination with the design team and client; track each query through to formal
close-out and maintain a live RFI/MAR register for audit purposes.
• Utilize BIM Revit for 3D model coordination and clash detection; identify and resolve design-site discrepancies
before construction commencement, saving programmer time and material cost.
• Monitor civil progress against the Primavera P6 baseline; produce weekly look-ahead programmers, S-curves, and
variance reports for the Project Manager and client.
• Enforce HSE requirements across all civil activities — conducting daily site walks, toolbox talks, and subcontractor
safety audits — sustaining a zero Lost Time Incident record to date.

Road Construction & Civil Infrastructure — 40 km NHA Corridor
• Managed civil engineering works for a 40 km NHA highway corridor — earthworks, sub-base, base course,
pavement layers, drainage structures, culverts, and road furniture — ensuring full AASHTO/NHA compliance at
every construction stage.
• Identified and resolved 10+ design discrepancies before fieldwork commenced; produced site inspection reports,
material test records, compaction test results, and weekly progress documentation for the resident engineer.

High-Rise Building Construction (9-Storey)
• Oversaw civil engineering execution for a 9-storey commercial building — RC frame, masonry, MEP builders work
openings, and finishing works — coordinating subcontractors and verifying all works against approved drawings and
specifications.
• Conducted structural inspections (rebar, formwork, concrete pours) and recorded all test data in the QC register;
escalated out-of-specification results to the Project Engineer for immediate action.
• Tracked and closed 15+ RFIs between the design consultant and construction team, reducing design-related work
stoppages and maintaining programme flow.
• Inspected and approved incoming material deliveries against approved MARs; rejected non-conforming
consignments and maintained a fully auditable material register.
• Compiled weekly progress reports and manpower utilisation logs; presented findings at weekly site meetings with
the main contractor and consultant.

Electrical Substation Construction (380kV)
• Delivered civil engineering works for a 380kV substation project — control building foundations, cable basement,
earthing trenches, perimeter fencing, and civil finishes — ensuring milestone delivery per the construction
programmer.
• Prepared quantity take-offs and BOQ measurements for all civil packages; supported the preparation of interim
payment applications and final account documentation.
• Implemented ITP-based inspection routines; managed IR scheduling, obtained client sign-off at each hold point, and
compiled the civil QC dossier for project close-out.
• Monitored subcontractor productivity against the Primavera P6 schedule; raised early warnings for at-risk activities
and proposed recovery measures to the Project Manager.
• Prepared as-built drawings and contributed to the final handover documentation pack; civil close-out achieved on
schedule with no outstanding major defects.
