• Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls & face to face enquiries

• Promoting a professional image of the company
• Responsible for stationery acquisition including periodicals and subscriptions
• Supporting Dubai Desert Classic Golf Tournament every year
• Active member of CSR Group by providing support to Autistic, Elderly home centre, breast cancer campaign, volunteered for special needs individuals in the UAE, Clean Up day etc.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Excellent communication skills able to liaise independently and confidently with senior management, internal and external customers
• Good understanding of Director level responsibilities
• An excellent level of attention to detail.
• Able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
• Audio typing, word processing and shorthand experience
