• Performing effective and efficient quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Monthly Client bill submission with proper backup and getting approval.
• Preparation of Design, Supply & installation packages to match with project schedule.
• Preparation and analyzing the Managerial Information reports like CTC, CVR, CPI and profit and loss of the project and reporting it to the management on regular basis.
• Prepare monthly reports using Earned Value Management system (EV & AC) to monitor the cost CBS wise if gaining or loosing as per the CPI/SPI & check BAC & Estimate at completion EAC.
• Preparation of vendors comparison sheet to finalize the subcontractors.
• Allocating project budget to construction divisions stage wise with respect to comparison sheet.
• Well versed knowledge in SAP - MM Module, PS module & SD module.
• Preparation and submission of variations and getting it approved from consultant.
• Finalizing the cash flows and projections on quarterly and yearly basis in coordination with Planning Dept.
• Preparation of BOQ and rate analysis sheets whenever required.
• Preparation of work orders for subcontractors in SAP by making the comparative statements and finalizing the lowest rates.
• Implementation of the project cost tracking system to monitor and analyze budget, commitments, actual cost and cost variances.
• Preparation of reconciliation reports for major material likes concrete, steel, etc.
• Preparation of equipment productivity report and analyzing the best possible ways to gain more productivity.
• Preparing the weekly labor productivity report and showing the profit and losses made in the utilization of labor. Discussing the best possible ways to increase the labor productivity with the construction team.
• Prepared cost summary for the entire project, includes cost of materials, equipment, labor, subcontracts, overhead, markup and other costs affecting the project.
• Checking all the subcontractor invoices with reference to work orders and actual quantities to avoid any over certifications.
• Keeping track of all the materials, labors & services provided to any subcontractor which needs to be recovered from them as per the contractual terms & conditions.
• Coordinates with procurement to check purchases against budget.
• Having good knowledge in FIDIC (Red book) conditions of contract.
