• Operation & maintenance of French fries line, mix pickle line, jam line, pre-cut vegetable line.
• Monitoring of all processes and identifying needs of improvement and its modification for streamlining and building customer requirements into the processes.
• Conduct Internal Inventory of material stock and identifying corrective actions against finish material.
• Communicate with maintenance policies and procedures to team members and interpret policies in relation to team members’ specific jobs.

• Improved personnel capability by creating a company- wide maintenance plan to elicit faster repairs, improve equipment efficiency, & reduce shutdowns.
• Manage the plan’s operation maintenance, projects & department including spare parts.
