2) Established Quality Audit schedule for project encompassing the specific project requirements. Facilitates all internal and external Quality audits and briefs management with the results. Effectively documents, follows-up and closes corrective actions - both internal and external. Analyzes findings/ issues/ non-conformances identified during audits to determine program quality and identify performance trends.
3) Ensured the project KPI’s are defined, measured, and monitored and actions implemented for any identified gap. Monitored and analyzed the Customer Satisfaction.

2) Established & monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project phases.
3) Implemented CSCEC training plan for each year; ensured that the required initial & continuing training of QA/QC department personnel’s (both in-house & subcontractor level) are conducted and adapted according to the need .

1) Implemented, maintained & monitored the QA/QC Plan for the Projects, cost effectively in line with Company’s Quality Management System/Contract Specifications and managing project QA/QC team effectively to achieve them.
2) Supervised and monitored the construction and development activities such as site inspections, procedures, complying to project specifications, method statements, , inspection of the monitoring and measuring devices, review all inspection and testing plans and related activities, follow up of non conforming items(NCRs), field non conformity analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
