I would say my achievements in this role have been introducing new and easier ways for us to learn in training. This particular company had their team for a number of years, so me and my new starter colleagues were their first new comers in years. Once I was trained in different areas I done up checklists and different spreadsheets to help us and future new comers to easily ensure they were ticking boxes as they processed tasks. I then got to help train in the person who started after me with this material.
