Global Finance
* From Dec’15 to Feb’14 - As a consultant for Advanta Seeds JLT
•Handling the Finance function of Advanta with the core team. Responsibility include :
•Consolidation of financials of Advanta with its subsidiary worldwide.
•MIS and Business review of all global subsidiaries of MIS. Report and analyze financial data including Monthly Income Statements, weekly sales report and other statutory reports.
•Business Planning for India and all subsidiaries overseas.
•Banking, Treasury and Forex management which include managing foreign currency exposure through loans, capital etc.
•Managing holding company investment into subsidiaries abroad.
•Keeping a good control on the investments made in our subsidiary by way of corporate guarantee, loans, preferential shares, equity shares and its accrual of interest etc.
•Manage foreign currency exposures including investments i.e. loans, capital, current account transactions and SWAP transactions
