Property with 369 rooms distributed across 31 floors, with 05 outlets. My role was to manage the deployment of IT related hardware & services, coordinating & liaison with vendors/contractors and ensuring the services are ready for use as per business needs.
City Seasons Msucat - A 4 star property, with 334 rooms and with 9 meeting rooms, 3 FnB outlets. My role is to maintain the entire IT setup, and to raise the standards with regards to IT with the help of Grp ITM as per corporate policies and standards.
About my role: this property being a spread out measuring around 10 acres, my role was to upkeep the IT infrastructure like the PTP - wireless cameras, internet access points across the property, minimize unauthorized Wi-Fi usage, application performance tuning, security patrolling system, Wi-Fi on demand
About my role: includes network planning & change management, training staff, increasing the stability of the IT infrastructure. Implementing new technological techniques which will keep us updated and minimizes the downtime, and other aspects like cost & manpower
the profile includes setting-up and managing the entire it setup (servers, switched and all the software’s including the Siemens hi-path 4000 series EPABX with 280 telephone extensions) configuring user’s on opera server, Infrasys POS, managing Exchange 2010 server, AD and DHCP
the contract concerns the management of total desktop, laptops at client site's as per the SLA between Systech services and UKN properties Bengaluru
