* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the
Service Desk.
* Updating network applications as required.
* Well conversant with the data backup mechanism.
* Monitoring and removing viruses, spywares, and other non-authorized software’s.
* Installation and configuration of Wireless Access Points.
* Configuration and troubleshooting of Switches and Routers.
* Configuring file and printer sharing.
* Network maintenance.
* Configuration of Active Directory, DNS and File Share Servers.
* Installation and configuration of desktop and Network printers.
* Configuration of wireless modem.
Job Details
* Providing hardware support for Servers, PCs and Printers.
* Installation and troubleshooting of Servers and PCs.
* Installation and support for Windows 2008, Windows 7 and Microsoft packages.
* Configuration of Active directory, DNS and File share Servers.
* Installation and troubleshooting of Cisco Switches and Routers.
* Installation and configuration of Wireless Access Points.
* Troubleshooting of networking issues.
* Troubleshooting Cisco Routers.
* Configuration and troubleshooting Switches.
