Project: QP District Project (QPD) is located in the West Bay area of Doha and will be identified as Qatar Petroleum Headquarters in the State of Qatar. The development consists of nine Office Towers, a Hotel Tower, an Energy Centre, an Auditorium, Basement & Elevated Parking and Associated Landscaping, etc. Accepted Contract Price is US$ 1.301 Billion and Contract based on FIDIC 1999.
Manage Eleven (11) QSs & SQSs (Consultant) who deal with Clause 20.1 Claims within Joint Task Force (JTF)

Lead the team for Contentious Claims

Project : Khalifa Port Industrial Zone Infrastructure Project (1001-257), The Work comprises of road works, structures (2 nr bridges and 39 nr culverts), Electrical Power Network, Telecommunications Network, Potable Water System, Process Water System, Storm Water System, Permanent Groundwater Collection System, Combined Wastewater System, Electrical Substations (33kV primary and 11kV), Ducts for Future Services, Irrigation Road Crossings, Design and Construct Traffic Control System and Transco Crossings. Accepted Contract Price is AED 1.042 Billion.

Project 1 (Cost Consultant) - YAHSAT Satellite Ground Station (SGS) on Lump Sum basis in Sweihan, Abu Dhabi. The buildings are Commercial Ground Station, Civil Ground Station, Corporate Affairs and Finance Building, Common Building, Sub Station, Generator House, Chiller Yard and Security Block. Approximate Contract amount is AED 300 Million.
Project 2 (Project Management and Cost Consultant) - YAHSAT SGS 33/11 KV Sub Station with Cable laying on Design and Build basis in Sweihan, Abu Dhabi.
Involvement in Project 1 : Processing and finalizing Variations.
Involvement in Project 2 : Preparation of tender evaluation, Involved in final tender negotiations, site administration, participate weekly site progress meeting, preparing minutes of meeting, Interim payments fortnightly basis, Contra Charges, Correspondences/assist the PM for correspondences, Variations management and involving other site related issues.

Involvement : Preparation of monthly Interim Valuation, payment recommendation to Sub-Contractors, Estimation of abortive works, Contra charges and additional builders work, material reconciliation, weekly labour cost forecasting, preparation of BOQ pages for Sub Contract packages, Review/Managing/coordinating MEP Variations & negotiation with PQS and assisting to Senior Qs and Commercial Manager for other commercial aspects.
Preparation of Preliminary Estimate and Bidding Documents including Piling Work and M&E Works, Consultant’s Estimate, Tender Evaluation Report, Participating minutes of meeting, Checking of Interim Claims, Variations approval and other post contract activities
