• Responsible to maintain medical stocks valued around 16 Million Riyals
• Oversee day to day operations of the team in the inventory area
• Follow up on purchase orders and availability of stock
• Purchase all para-medical products for the group
• Track the liquidation of stock and proper purchase return of non-moving medicines
• Liaise with key clients such as major corporates locally / overseas
• Assist purchase manager in finalizing annual deals with vendors
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain balance / discount records on a timely basis
• Act as a channel between vendors and our sales & administration departments
• Work closely with finance department to maintain book of accounts for audit purpose
• Reports to the Business Unit Manager
• Also, serving as an Assistant to Purchase / Sales Manager
