RDA is the premier highway authority in the country and is responsible for the maintenance and development of the National Highway Network and the planning, design and construction of new expressways, highways, and bridges to augment the existing road network. Also, in some road construction projects, RDA is the Consultant (the Engineer) to the project.
My experience in the RDA is about 18 years.
