Responsible for handling administration duties such as preparing documents, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls, drafting letters and official information releases, arranging and attending meeting and preparing minutes;
•Scheduling patients and visitors, answering and routing calls and handling billing;
•Accountable for insurance verification including approvals and claims;
•Sources resumes of active and passive job seekers through career sites, candidate referrals and web searches.
•Trained three (3) receptionist during a period of company expansion to ensure attention to detail and adherence to company policy.

Increasing the customer base significantly by proactively winning new clients in line with agreed banking policies by marketing and selling banking products such as credit cards, personal loans and insurances to customers;
Monitors phone calls to measure performance and help implement the business’ strategic objectives
•Mentors and provides feedback to agents to ensure calls are handled with excellence
•Calibrates calls with clients to track issues and analyze results
•Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports or as required by the Manager
