• Working with billing team, responsible for billing and preparation of invoices (logistics & port operations) using ORACLE ERP and SAP ERP as well.
• Calculation of over-time payment for over 500 contractual employees and submission of the subsequent reports to HR department.
• Complete assigned month-end closing activities with defined deadlines.
• Preparation of budget and forecasting various costs & revenue related to manpower and logistics.
• Review of monthly revenue and costs of the operations and analyze if in line with the budgets and Business Plans and look into the subject matter for variance between budgeted and actual.

• Generate reports for submission to the management.
• Support Base Operations and internal staff to maintain project completeness and provide Ad-hoc reports as needed.
