• My responsibility was to obtain the Approvals and NOC’s from various Government Departments for setting up the Plant and for the effective running of it.
• Managing the entire sales and operational activities of South India.
• Taking Technical Training and managing the administration.
• Handling customers / Distributors & maintaining a good rapport with them.
• Supervising the Warehouse and checking the day to day stocks.
• Motivating and initiating the Distributors to have stock points to facilitate growth of the company.
• Evolving and Implementing new strategies for expansion and development.
• Travelling frequently for Business Expansion.
• Monitoring the warehouse and the stocks.

• Coordinating work with various departments like Property Management, Marketing, HR, Accounts etc.
• Maintaining inventory of the stock in our store.
• Tracking of the vehicles which are violating the traffic in our premises.
• To do the survey of our Employees regarding their performance.
• Monitoring & managing our Internal & External Customer Service people.
• Organizing various Marketing Promotions for our tenants.
• Monitoring HONEYWELL CCTV recordings for any malpractices.
• Being a part of the entire operations to run the Mall effectively & efficiently.

• Managing and coordinating the Technicians to make the job done on time.
• Coordinating with the customer for their requirements and complaints and resolving the same.
• Inspecting the vehicle for wheel alignment problem by making trial run.
• Doing Test Drive to ensure the complaint has been rectified by the foreman after doing wheel alignment.
• Initiating, monitoring, and assisting after sales customer service program.
• Banking needs for the Franchisee like, meeting the Bank Manager in regards Over Draft facilities and other general duties like, meeting the chartered accountant and keeping our vouchers updated.
• Maintaining good Customer Relationship with our existing as well as our new Customers.
