Responsibilities
•Hiring all Branch positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals for each Branch manager, Officers and Sales team
•Effectively communicating with Branch Managers and Team Leads on a weekly basis to review forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
•Training all departments, on product, sales techniques and other soft skill aspects.

Responsibilities
•Responsible for all Training requirements for Sales force.
•To coordinate the designing and development of Sales Training and Product Training Modules to enhance knowledge and skills of Sales Teams of both internal employees as well as Agents with content team in conjunction with Sales and Head Office.
•To regularly conduct Training Needs Analysis of Sales Teams enhances Sales Performance through regular Training Intervention.
•Work towards alignment of Training Function towards achieving Sales Goals.
