A key member of the HR Management Team and setting out the strategic HR strategy for the Middle East and Africa regions.
•Supporting the organization's leadership and business units leaders on HR initiatives and programs that drive the business' goals and objectives.
•Providing expertise and guidance on all HR matters, leading HR projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration, employee engagement, and organizational excellence.
•Responsible for the HR P&L and managing a local team of (x) HR professionals.

•Part of the monthly management meetings, representing the division and providing commercial commentaries on all HR initiatives and ROI.

•Devised and executed a new HR model, operating frameworks, policies and procedures. Recruited, coached and mentored a highly diverse team.
•Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual HR Plan, which supported the overall strategic aims and objectives of the business.
