- Responsible for on boarding formalities joining forms, organizational announcement, issue company badge, Biometric registration, arrangement of Desktop, Mobile, Email ID, SIM, accommodation as per entitlement.

- Coordinate with PRO department for new visa process, renewal of visa, work permit, labour contract, arrange for Medical, Emirates ID Bio Registration, Tawjeeh Training, visa Stamping through zajel, apply for quota, monitor nationality proportion and other PR related.

- Prepare monthly payroll reports like attendance, overtimes, airfare, leave salary, additional allowances i.e. travel, petrol, telephone, incentives and deduction reports like cash advance, memo deduction and leave without pay, accommodation charge, and family insurance.

- Responsible to complete employee exit clearance form of resigned/terminate staffs from all departments.
