Reported to VP and managed a team of 70 SAP technology and 12 BPM consultants
• Setting and managing of SAP Technology centre of Excellence resulted in utilizing technology advances and improvised service levels, reduced redundancy and increased the competency of consultants
• Introduced common Integration framework for group companies resulting in standardization and eliminating redundant applications thus saving on software maintenance costs
• Development of Estimation techniques including development of SAP project estimation tool
• Established and managed Offshore delivery centre for ESSAR group with a team of 100+ consultants to support SAP instances / roll outs across regions reducing the cost of support
• Mapped IT demand management of group companies’ requirements into enterprise architecture and provided cost-effective solutions
As Part of the management team of the start-up, worked closely with team to build the company to 2M USD
revenue and an employee strength of 120.
• Setting up of delivery processes, establishment of standards and guidelines which resulted in
having a streamlined project delivery for the start-up
• Guided, designed and monitored product development team in successfully developing SAP certified
products viz Dealer connect, and Supplier connect which were implemented at Eicher Motors and
other customers
• Teamed with SAP and ArisGlobal companies to design, develop and test analytics for composite
application - Clinical Trails Management
• Designed and developed Business Intelligence dashboards to MIGA, a World bank group company
• Delivered Software licensing and Sales Commission products for US client Enpoint technologies
• Delivered Integration, SAP Upgrade, custom enhancements projects to clients like Dicitex Décor,
Usha International, Stand charted bank, Labvantage and others
