 Incident management, Change management, Configuration management, working on service requests.
 Oncall Support for more than 500 clients and Datacenter issues.
 Run network changes as per client requirement.
 Interaction with more than 300 US and global clients for configuring access to Cerner hosted Datacenter .
 Ticket logging & documentation of tickets as per company policies.
 Closure of the complaints within the Service Level agreement (SLA).
 Interaction with International ISP- AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, etc for any WAN link failure/issues.
 Configure Routers, switches, firewalls, laodbalancers both at client network and Cerner’s 7 datacenters in US.
 Experience in configuring ACLs, Nats, MPLS, Loadbalancing, bluecoat proxies etc.
 Upgrading cisco IOS on client routers and load balance traffic to datacenter through primary and secondary circuits.
 Failover traffic to secondary circuit if needed and monitor bandwidth usage.
 Configure FWSM and dmz changes and also configuring IPSEC VPN both via CLI and on vpn concentrators.
 Configure route import for MPLS and context creation for loadbalancing.
