Responsibilities:
-Assist in conducting site inspections to gather technical
information and ensure compliance with project and
client requirements.
-Prepare quantity and material take-offs from design
drawings to support cost estimation and tender
preparation.
-Help develop cost estimates and material schedule
under guidance from senior engineers and cost
managers.
-Support supplier and subcontractor sourcing including
collecting quotations and comparing prices to meet
project standards.
-Assist senior engineers in planning, construction
activities.
-Coordinate with engineers, contractors and suppliers to
support cost control and efficient communication
-Maintain organized documentation of costs, contracts
and project records for reporting and audits.
-Perform additional tasks assigned by senior engineers to
support day-to-day project operations.

-Participate in supervised site inspections to observed
activities, gather technical information and learn how
compliance with project specifications and client
requirements.
-Assist in preparing basic quantity and material takeoffs
from engineering drawings, gaining exposure to cost
estimation, BOQ’s and tender preparation process.
-Support senior civil engineers in planning and
coordination daily construction activities, learning how
project schedules, quality requirements and resource
planning are managed.
-Contribute to problem solving activities, observing how
site issues are analyzed and participating in
implementing engineering solutions under guidance.
-Assist with coordination tasks involving sub-contractors,
supplier and other engineering disciplines to understand
workflow and communication process in construction
projects.
-Support quality control activities gaining exposure to
inspections, material verification and documenting non
conformances
