Provide Clerical and Administrative support such as handling emails, answering calls, maintaining file system, preparing letters and other documents, handling correspondence, managing appointments and diaries, taking minutes of meeting. Occasionally drafting RFQs and POs, following up with vendors/suppliers/client, scheduling appointments for applicant's interviews.

Providing assistance and attending to customers needs.

Do multiple tasks and serve as back-up at any given time. Handle international accounts and responsible for auditing using different systems and applications.
